Order your items however you like, by phone, online, or in person. We'll let you know when your items are ready for pickup. When you arrive at our location, head inside to the Will Call counter, or stay inside your vehicle and we'll bring your materials to you.

We're proud to offer a highly streamlined process for picking up your material fast at Elliott Electric Supply locations. Place your order at an Elliott Electric Supply location and choose a pickup time. We'll send you an email, text message, or app notification whenever your items are ready. Simply come inside, find our Will Call counter, and give us your purchase order number. After you confirm your purchase, you're ready to go!

Some locations even offer a dedicated Will-Call Express loading bay for a faster load-and-go!

Skip the Line with Curbside Pickup

We Deliver Your Materials to You

Elliott Electric Supply is proud to offer Will Call Curbside pick up, a free service for you to pick up and pay for will call tickets without getting out of your vehicle.

Now, when you pick up your will call tickets, simply park at the Will Call Center and let us know you've arrived. Our app enables you to confirm orders and input security PINs through your mobile devices. After the order is processed, we hand-deliver your materials and if needed, load them into your vehicle.

How Does Curbside Pick Up Work?

Step 1. Select Tickets for Pickup

From your list of will call orders, select the tickets or individual orders you want delivered curbside. Schedule future pickup times on the app, online, or by contacting your sales representative.

Step 2. Notify Us You're Coming

Use the Pickup Orders feature on the app to tell us when you're on your way. Enable GPS tracking so we can have your materials waiting for you at the Will Call Center.

Step 3. Park Curbside for Pickup

Once you have parked at the Will Call Center, tap the I'm Here button on the app or call inside the store. Provide a vehicle description and/or license plate number so we can find you more easily.

Step 4. Purchase Materials

With your mobile device, you can review ticket details and accept orders with signatures and security PINs. After the payment is processed, we load your materials into your vehicle.
