Job Description:

Elliott Electric Supply is currently hiring in our Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to hire and train our future managers and sales staff. In this role, LDP recruit will train in all aspects of our operations according to the training schedule; warehouse, counter sales, inside sales, operations management, and outside sales. Typically scheduled as 18 month training program.

This position is subject to a background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities. Only job-related convictions will be considered and will not automatically disqualify the candidate.

 

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications for Recruits;

1. High School Diploma or GED

2. Previous work experience in sales or customer service enviornment

3. College Degree with GPA higher than 2.5, if recruited straight from college

4. Strong Work Ethic

5. Quick Learner

6. Strong Communication Skills

7. Self-Motivated

9. Problem Solver
