Job Description:
Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair network related hardware and software.
Tier I networking related customer support for remote end users and service technicians
Uses software to monitor network performance
Works with internet service providers to resolve internet outages
Assists team with maintaining network documentation and training guides
Assists in the configuration of VoIP phones, switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of network services - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing
Knowledge of computer systems and VoIP communications
Proven troubleshooting skills
Self motivated and ability to learn knew skills
Excellent customer service skills
Comfortability in working in a close team environment
Cisco command line knowledge is a plus
Network+/CCNA is a plus
Cat5 cabling experience is a plus
