Official Rules: Stock Up & Ride Out with RAB
March 16 – June 15, 2026
MUST BE A CUSTOMER IN GOOD STANDING OF ELLIOTT ELECTRIC SUPPLY TO PARTICIPATE.
ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.
By participating, customers agree to these Official Terms. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The "Stock Up & Ride Out" RAB Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on March 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) on June 15, 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

- Rockwall, TX
- Forney, TX
HOW TO ENTER:
EES customers with accounts in good standing will earn one (1) entry into the ATV drawing for every $500 in RAB products purchased on a single invoice. Project orders are excluded. There are no limits to the number of entries a customer can earn throughout the Promotional Period.
The "Stock Up & Ride Out" promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
At the end of the Promotional Period, the Grand Prize winner will be selected from all of the eligible entries received in accordance with the terms stated in the "Stock Up & Ride Out!" promotion. The potential prize winners will be notified using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Elliott Electric Supply shall not have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the "Stock Up & Ride Out" RAB Promotion. Fulfillment of customer’s chosen prize is not guaranteed. An alternate prize may be required due to supply or other factors beyond Elliott Electric Supply’s control. Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error. Neither employees nor direct relatives of Elliott Electric Supply and RAB are eligible to participate.
TAX REPORTING:
Winners may be subject to applicable taxes. Prizes valued at $600+ will require completion of a W-9 form and may be reported as income.
